PROCESSING TIME
Please allow a 2-4 days processing time for your order before it leaves the warehouse. Order processing time is estimated in "full business days," excluding the day on which the order is placed. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays within Canada.

For example, if you order an item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 2-4 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Friday. After your order leaves the warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

For personalized items and jewellery, please allow 1-2 weeks.

Although we do our very best to get your order out to you on time, please note that our shipping dates are estimates.

SHIPPING CHARGES
We have a direct link with Canada Post with options for Canada, USA and International Shipments. You will be offered a number of shipping choices with the associated cost and can choose the method that suits you. The shipping cost is based on product weights and the ship to destination.

RETURN POLICY 

No refunds or returns on Lingerie items!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase (excluding all Lingerie), just give us a call within 5 days of receiving your order for an authorized return. We will be happy to accept unused goods that are sealed, in the original packaging and condition. Once you have contacted us for a return, you will be given instructions to prepay the postage and mail the order back to us. Once the order is received we will process your credit. All returns are charged a 15% restocking fee.
